Availability:   Robin's Nest has good availability for fall of 2008 (check availability here). For our 2nd apt, Windy Nest, please inquire (at this time it is only available for short stays).

Rates:   Prices vary according to season, weekdays vs. weekend and # of guests. Rates range from as low as $100/night for a single guest to $150/night per couple.  There is a three night mimimum stay.  I will do a two night rental for $150 per night, plus cleaning fee and taxes (but not for three day holiday weekends). Holiday weeks and special event weekends may be higher.  For 4 guests, the rate is $200/night with a two night minimum.  Discounts are offered for weekly stays, depending on the season.  Monthly rentals at a reduced price are also possible.

Additional fees:   There is a $65 exit/cleaning fee and a $150 advance (non-refundable if you cancel), which is counted towards the total rental cost, plus a $200 security deposit (refundable after the rental is completed).

Payment is by cash, money order, bank wire transfer, check or credit card (via Paypal - 4% surcharge, 5% if international payment).

How Reservations are handled:
We issue a contract and a deposit is taken for your dates (dates are not held without a deposit, but you are given a few days to get your deposit in). Once the contract is signed by both parties, the dates are yours until the balance is due.

The balance is due a week before you arrival.  The keys are either mailed to you, or a meeting will take place for the key exchange.
