Robin's Nest is a furnished, newly renovated 1 bedroom apt. available for short and long-term rental in Manhattan. Located on West 115th Street, between 8th and 7th, where Morningside Heights meets South Harlem and the Upper West Side, Robin's Nest is only 5 blocks from Central Park.

I wanted to create a place where visitors could afford to stay and still be in Manhattan, with proximity to Central Park, good subway and bus lines, and in a part of the city that is experiencing tremendous growth and revival.

About me (Robin):  I am a full-time musician in New York.  I have released three CDs and perform, consult, teach privately, and have a little side business in real estate.  I started my vacation rental business in Miami Beach, FL with the opening of the first Robin's Nest at the Shelborne Hotel in South Beach (www.robinsnestsobe.com).  It's a great little private hotel room directly on the beach facing the ocean.  Robin's Nest Sobe has been very successful and I wanted to try something similar in New York, where I live.  I love meeting new people from all over the world, and enjoy being able to offer affordable lodging to visitors.  In the two years I have run Robin's Nest Sobe, I have never had a bad experience with a single guest.  I hope to continue that streak with Robins' Nest New York.
